I’m a personal trainer and fitness specialist Robert Durbis and I can help you accomplish what all those fad diets and expensive, one-size-fits-all workout programs can’t.
With a degree in sports science and 25 years of experience managing and working with clients in fitness centers, gyms, and health clubs, I have the expertise, training, and hands-on experience to help you get into the best shape of your life. I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t and I’m ready to put that to work for you.
After suffering a devastating injury from a childhood fall, I spent a year in the hospital, not knowing if I’d even walk again. However, I was determined to not only get up and move, but play sports again. Through hard work, extensive physical therapy, and personal training I was able to come back from my injuries and go on to earn a degree and play national-level collegiate baseball at the University of Massachusetts.
Today, I’m putting that experience, education, and desire to work helping others achieve their personal fitness best through personal training, nutrition plans, and fitness coaching. I take the time to meet with every client, learn their unique histories and goals, and then provide a custom-tailored personal fitness program and weekly or monthly support to help them achieve everything they desire. All at a surprisingly affordable rate.
